Peak Bagging along Crawford Path - 12 July 2002


Climbed up Crawford Path, summitting Mts Pierce, Eisenhower, Franklin, and Monroe. (4312, 4760, 5001, and 5372 ft respectively). See topo map.

you should see an image here After an hour and a half of hiking, we reached treeline at the summit of Mt Pierce. Mt Eisenhower is just ahead, Mt Washington is visible on the horizon, and that's Mt Jefferson on the far left.
